Feel Good Hitting is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional service. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being able to book a session. Moving forward, any booking and cancellations should be completed 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within the 24-hour window your session will be placed back in your cart, but you will be charged 50% of the cost of the lesson. No call, no show, will result in being charged for the total cost of the lesson with no credit to your account.

During this timeframe, FGH typically has a modified schedule to accommodate our professional players during their short off-season. During this time we may need to reschedule or make adjustments to booked sessions. Sometimes, on a last-minute basis. If we cannot move your session to another time, we will automatically put the credit back into your account. ALL clients are our top priority. We will continue to try and accommodate everyone as best as we can. Thank you for your understanding.

If you cannot get to the facility due to weather, please contact Kaitlin via text. If we need to reschedule or cancel a session due to the weather, we will not charge you per our cancellation policy. We'll do our best to reschedule your session or we'll add that session credit back into your account. We understand the weather has a mind of its own and your safety is our number one priority!

In an effort to keep all of us healthy, please do not come in if you or anyone in your family unit are not feeling well. If you have been exposed to Covid-19, please abide by the CDC guidelines with quarantining and mask wearing. The same policy is in place for Benny and me as well.
